We continually investigate on expanding our services and creating new sections geared to specific benefits of the Central Monitoring Station. The equipment includes: * Capacity of 500,000 subscribers * Support of all communication standards * Spot description of alarm zones (contact id protocol) * Sirion system support for signal receiving through the implementation of our ERP (Voice over IP application) * 75 phone lines - consoles associated with the One Phone 801 call center * 200 phone lines for customer service via fiber optic network *Network routing racks * Spare consoles for signal receiving * 40 KWA Welding * 4 KWA Welding (reserved) * 12 KWA Uninterruptible power supply (UPS) & 4 KWA Reserved * Access control to all building entances * Proprietary fiber optic network with connectivity to all providers * 4 internet lines via fiber optics with 256 own IP addresses (CLASS C - RIPE NCC) * BLADE IBM System with automatic failover for the shortest possible DOWNTIME * 4 HP Servers for subtasks (fax, sms, mail, remote login) * 2 switches with automatic failover control for seamless transition of 50Hz power supply The investments in our equipment, indicate the continuous growth, and seal the commitment to continual improvement of our services.
