BUSINESS CONTINUITY POLICY
1. Purpose
SPARTAN is committed to ensuring its smooth, uninterrupted and efficient operation, for the benefit of customers, shareholders and all interested parties. The aim is to minimize disruptions to business processes through the implementation of a Modern Business Continuity Management System (DSS), in accordance with the ISO 22301:2012 standard.
2. Field of Application
The policy applies to all of the company's activities, which include:
- Alarm & Video Signal Receiving Center Services
- Installation and Technical Support of Security Systems
- Manned Security Services
- Representation, Import, and Trading of Security Systems
- Seaplane Port Security Services
3. Commitment and Responsibilities
The management of SPARTAN assumes responsibility for:
- The continuous maintenance and improvement of the Business Continuity Management System.
- The allocation of the necessary resources to achieve the strategic and tactical objectives.
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of business continuity measures.
4. Objectives
- Ensure the continuous operation of critical business processes.
- Reduction of recovery time after disruptions.
- Strengthening the company's resilience to unforeseen events.
- Compliance with the requirements of the ISO 22301:2012 standard and applicable legislation.
5. Implementation and Monitoring
- Implementation of business continuity policies, procedures and practices in accordance with international standards.
- Continuous training and information of personnel on business continuity issues.
- Regular review of the policy and the SDS, in order to ensure their timeliness and effectiveness.
6. Approval and Date of Implementation
- Policy approved by the SPARTAN Management.

The policy comes into effect from the above date and is mandatory for all employees, partners and third parties involved in the provision of security services and project management.
