SPARTAN HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY
1. Purpose
SPARTAN recognizes the importance of the health and safety of all its employees, as well as of any person affected by its activities. Its purpose is to create and maintain a safe and healthy working environment, minimizing risks and preventing occupational accidents and diseases.
2. Management Commitment
The management of SPARTAN assumes full responsibility and commitment to:
- The development, implementation and continuous improvement of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SDYAE).
- The identification and management of all risks related to Health and Safety at Work (OSH).
- Compliance with applicable legislation.
3. Policy objectives
- Elimination or reduction of risks that may cause accidents or health problems.
- Provide appropriate and safe working conditions for all workers.
- Active participation and consultation of workers on OSH issues.
- Define and monitor measurable safety and health goals.
- Provide appropriate training, information and safe work guides to all staff.
- Continuous monitoring, evaluation and improvement of OHS performance.
4. Implementation and Obligations
- Establishment and management of an Occupational Health and Safety Management System in accordance with the ISO 45001:2018 standard.
- Development and adherence to procedures for the identification, evaluation and treatment of risks.
- Training and information of staff on health and safety issues.
- Information and cooperation with all involved bodies, employees, contractors and third parties.
- Define and allocate the necessary resources for the implementation and improvement of the policy.

The policy comes into force from the above date, it is binding and concerns all employees.
